Mitsubishi A Series PLC need a special cable for its programming as the signal levels of these PLC are not RS232 compatible. So for programming the PLC we need SC-02N or SC-05 converter. In the previous post we saw how can we make our own A1SJ71C24-R2 Mitsubishi PLC Programming Cable. Today we will see how can me make our own Melsec A series serial cable layout to connect this converter to a PC. Mitsubishi Melsec SC-02N/SC-05 adapter cable :-
To make this Cable we need a female DB9 Port and one DB 25 male port. This cable can be used for programming of A series PLC. See the Below diagram and make the cable accordingly.
